Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of your purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Certain items, such as digital products or training, are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at clientsuccess@thewedge.net with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective product).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.
  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

Exchanges

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:

  3. Contact your bank—processing times can vary.
