Processing & Shipping Times

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your book arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.
  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout are not eligible for a refund. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.
